What a great quiet getaway. Heavily wooded 20 acres adjoining state land with access to all the trails through out Northern Michigan. The property is high and dry and heavily treed with a variety of hardwoods about 10 to 15 years old. The cabin is really well built and located on a county maintained blacktop road. There is electric at the road. There was electric to the cabin and the cabin is wired but some years ago a tree fell on the line. To get electric back the electric panel must be move as it is located too close to the kitchen sink. The well is in the 9×8 entry way in a well pit. There is a two track starting just north on the property that takes you to the back of the property and winds back to a county maintained gravel road.
